The chalet was lovely and well set out. It had books, games, and a few kids’ toys, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The location was perfect, just outside Leysdown, which is nice. It was about a 10‑minute walk to the beach. The onsite clubhouse was nice and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. There were only a couple of things that could have been better and were easily sorted. The cleanliness wasn’t great in some areas—under the sofa cushions, behind and under the sofas. I wasn’t looking for those things; I have a 2‑year‑old who is into everything. The big windows in the main bedroom did not open. The big issue that really needs immediate attention are the carpet grippers. If you stand on them, the screws push up into your feet, which was quite painful.

It was a lovely, clean, and comfortable holiday let. I have children with SEN and they loved their holiday as well, which is a big bonus. Definitely will book again. Close to the beach and entertainment. We came all the way from Scotland, so it was so nice to arrive after such a big road trip to a beautiful chalet.

“Great little get away!”

A lovely, well‑equipped bungalow with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A clean place with plenty of room. The beds were super comfy! Amanda the host was very quick to answer any messages and made a great suggestion to visit 'Poppins' for homemade pizza, which was thoroughly enjoyable. My family and I really enjoyed the stay; it was quiet and relaxing and I would definitely recommend it. No complaints at all really. Other than maybe the shower in the main bathroom could use a curtain to protect the floor and a better shower head, but it definitely didn't affect the holiday.

“Very spacious property, clean and comfy.”

The place was very clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. The facilities were enough for us, with comfy beds and a large sofa, and there was plenty of parking. The wifi was weak and TV reception was poor, but we managed with a dongle.

It was clean and just really nice place to stay. Nothing to not like, had all what was needed and some added extras little things left for us, just a really nice stay would 100 percent recommend and east to access communication was great.
