Returning to this place is always a pleasure; the apartment is full of comfort and extremely clean, located in the center of Portici but in a quiet spot. It’s well served by shops and supermarkets, and right in front of the building’s entrance there’s a gluten‑free products store. From the nearby Circumvesuviana stop we reached the historic center of Naples, the Sorrento coast, and the archaeological sites of Ercolano and Pompeii. In the evening we enjoyed a pleasant walk along the newly renovated seafront. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, even with our fluffy friend.

“Karim house bad experience”

Nothing; it was a bad experience. We hated the location, the noise from building work directly opposite started at 7:30 every day, traffic noise until 1 am every morning—this is not a place for a holiday. The description the owner gave is incorrect: the coast is a 30‑minute walk away, not 1 minute, and the view is of building work on apartments opposite, not a city view as stated. Karim, we have never seen bedding changed; the bin in the kitchen was emptied once but he left a full bin in the bathroom. We left the apartment for 5 nights and paid £752 for a hotel in Sorrento, which was beautiful. We have left a review on Villa Igea in Sorrento. We hope you can compensate us for our bad experience at Karim’s house; we feel he should refund us the 5 nights we stayed.

The apartment is pleasantly comfortable and in perfect condition. It’s located in the heart of the city but on a quiet side street. The pastry shop at the corner of the street provides everything needed for a delicious balcony breakfast.

“Eleganza, pulizia e posizione al top!”

The apartment is elegant, incredibly clean, and fully equipped. The location is central, perfect for walking around the city. The owner was very kind and always available. I felt great and highly recommend this accommodation! For my stay I found everything perfect and nothing to improve.

The apartment was very atmospheric. Everything matched the description at the highest level, inside it was very clean and fragrant. The owner was incredibly friendly, helped with everything we asked. He also gave us pleasant surprises 😊. He helped us plan a detailed tour of the surroundings of Naples 😊. I recommend this place.
