The location and cleanliness were great. We had requested a fourth‑floor room but were given a third‑floor one instead.

“We chrcked in, saw the room, got a refund and left.”

The front desk staff were polite, straightforward, honest, and helpful. The property was dirty, rough people roamed the parking lot, rooms were loudly smoking, and there were stains on the bed. We received a refund and moved to another hotel, so I would not recommend it.

“This property owner is a slum lord.”

The front desk staff gave me a quick smile once, but then started criticizing other guests and complaining about the workload; meanwhile my room was infested with roaches, the floors—especially in the bathroom—were slick, and the furniture, cabinets, and fixtures looked old and badly in need of repair, with broken doors and drawers, and counters that were literally falling apart.

I didn't get breakfast, and I was woken up at 4 AM by a fire alarm, but that was no big deal; I was already planning to leave, yet everything else turned out to be great.

The suite was a very good price and there were no problems with a guest coming in, but there was a can hanging above the stove that I couldn't identify, and the room lacked enough small lights or large mirrors.
