I booked a room but was told it was full when I arrived, even though I had already paid. I understand it’s a busy period, but the resort should have handled this better instead of making me coordinate with Booking. They offered an alternative location that was very different from what I had booked, claiming it was the same but the room and atmosphere were noticeably different. The service was not good at all. Being forced to sort this out myself wasted a lot of time, and if I hadn’t been lucky enough to find a nearby place, I might have had to sleep in a car or on the roadside.

The room matches the price and is quiet, with plenty of power outlets. There were some black ants, which isn’t a big deal (I’m allergic to ants), and a few mosquitoes that made me rush to close the door. There’s no reading light on the bedside table, and the shower area is lacking.

“Lovely place, poor management for my stay.”

Spacious resort, love the facility, had a stray dog in front of my resort but we didn’t mind it as it was not aggressive. House lizard poops everywhere including the bed. I had to pay 200baht extra to get. 2 extra pillows for the stay. I have been to many hotels, resorts villas ect. Had 100+ stays for the past 9years in Thailand but this place is the first that charges me for extra pillows, shocked and disappointed alittle. Afew times I had to ask staff to keep my room key as there are 2 of us and we don’t come in at the same time, they were unable to provide 2 keys so we have to ask staff to keep it for us. The 2nd time the owner’s relative told me to keep it in the mail box in-front of the resort with no lock, not secure. Anyone could take the key and open out resort. very disappointed with this issue also. And staff knocked on our door saying it’s time to check out on the 18th, we have booked and paid until 20th, as I say the management needs improving a lot

The place had a strong cigarette smell because a previous guest smoked in the room; I had to sleep while breathing in that odor all night. The air conditioner barely cooled the room, and there was loud noise throughout the night.

“เฉยๆ ไม่คุ้มราคา”

The exterior looked nice, but inside it smelled like plumbing. The bed was firm, and the pillows varied from hard to soft; I brought my own pillow. The bathroom was damp, the drainage was slow, and it took a long time for staff to answer the bell.
