The property is within walking distance of the train station, the city streetcar, the park, and Tanukikoju shopping street, and there’s a 7‑Eleven in the same building at the back.

The place is great, quiet, and the staff are very polite.

The location is convenient, about a 5‑minute walk to Tanukikoju shopping street, and Daichō Park is nearby but not too noisy, which is great; the airport bus is also close, so I highly recommend it. The hallway lighting is dim, and the elevator buttons don’t communicate—pressing one side’s button only opens that side, while pressing the other side just triggers a lonely click.
