The first room assigned to me wasn't cleaned at all and I saw personnel at the front desk; the hotel images show snacks that look available to purchase upon arrival, but no snacks were actually available, which I dislike.

The location was close to our destination and the price was decent, but the lobby offered no food or amenities to buy and the fridge contained personal items, even a half‑drunk drink. The toilet seat was loose, the bed was hard, the blinds wouldn’t close, and the room was very loud.

We never even stayed there; we arrived to find the room not ready, about seven men outside the property smoking marijuana and grilling food without shirts while loud music blared, a man jumped out of a truck half‑dressed, a woman seemed to be smoking drugs, and the police were called; we asked the front‑desk girl for a refund because we felt unsafe, but she said she couldn't refund us; we had to find another hotel late at night after driving 10 hours from West Chester, PA, and we were still unsafe; I requested to speak to a manager, but she said he lived in Ohio and couldn't be reached, which is deplorable.
