“I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back”

The room was quiet and comfortable with everything I needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, but the Wi‑Fi in the room wasn’t very strong.

The place is in a great spot. The room was comfortable and the corridor overlooking the MK Dons’ football pitch gave a fantastic view. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and you get good value if you book it through Reception at check‑in. We loved the idea of a bath in the bathroom, but we couldn’t use it because there was no hot water when we woke up. Our room had no hot water in the morning, so we missed a shower before breakfast and had a meeting right after.

“Much better options, wouldnt recommend.”

The cancellation and refund process was smooth, and the cookies that arrived with the room were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and understanding, especially the two reception girls we met during our brief stay, who really stood out. However, the single bed was meant for an adult and a 15‑year‑old, which seemed absurd; I cancelled and went elsewhere. The staff handled my cancellation well, but the room itself stank of dampness, literally stank.

“Uncomfortable and poor value with a dreadful breakfast.. orange juice akin to squash”

There wasn’t much to say positively. The beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was extremely poor compared to other Doubletree hotels we’ve stayed at.

“Very tired”

We have stayed here several times 👍. Unfortunately the springs in the mattress were ridiculously noisy , making it impossible not to turn over without waken each other up ! So a sleepless night was had . Did report the fact to reception
