“Excepcional”

The place, the surroundings, and the freedom we felt at all times were thanks to the kindness and attention of Jerusa and her family. It’s ideal for disconnecting, enjoying the animals and your own in the porch, the pool, or any corner. We came a couple of years ago and will keep coming back because we found in Can Sunyer the perfect spot for our family of four (dad, mom, little one, and dog) to share amazing moments together.

The site is accessed by a very narrow, poorly marked path that can only be used during the day. The host’s solution was to pick you up in her vehicle, leave your own car in an empty spot, wait for her to bring you back to your car for every outing, and then pick you up again upon return. You had to be back before 22:30, which didn’t fit the schedule of events 40 km away that started at 21:30, and you couldn’t use your car without the host’s permission. The host sent an email at 9:29 am on the scheduled arrival day (after the cancellation deadline) with these details. I didn’t read it because I was driving. Because the conditions conflicted with our planned activities, the host kindly helped us find another accommodation, promised to cancel the booking with Booking, and would call us back. After several days with no news, I called the number on my phone. The surprise: the host said she didn’t know me and that I must have made a mistake with the number (impossible with the correct number on file). A follow‑up call ended up on voicemail. We concluded she had backed out of her cancellation promise and decided to keep the payment. It’s a shame—we would have gladly returned to spend time at the site, but staying the whole duration without car outings is the only way to appreciate this calm and isolated place.

Everything—the place, the hospitality, the tranquility, the help they gave us—was great. The only downside was not being able to stay longer and enjoy the Masía itself.

“Super Hotel”

I’d say everything was fantastic – a great country‑style hotel that’s perfect for traveling with the whole family, almost like staying on a farm. It’s a great spot to unwind even after meeting clients, with clean beds and warm rooms. Absolutely top‑class, so highly recommended. Nothing negative, everything was just great.
