The place is well organized, the location is good, and there’s a bus stop nearby; the apartment was clean and cozy. The host was very welcoming and responsive. We’ll definitely come back again!

The apartment was lovely, well‑equipped, and comfortable, right near bus and metro stops. It had a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, TV in both rooms, and a good shower with plenty of hot water. The double bed was very cozy and let us sleep well. Access was through a gated entrance with locked doors, so it felt very secure. Local shops were handy for groceries, bus stops were close, and there was a great restaurant called Dar Bruttone nearby. A special shout‑out to the owner, Emanuele—his communication was always prompt and clear, with useful instructions and suggestions. He was especially helpful when my wife’s bag was stolen in Rome (keep an eye on your stuff at all times); the keys were in the bag, and he arranged an alternative way to get into the apartment and replaced the keys quickly, all while showing genuine concern for our well‑being—absolutely stellar! No negatives.

I absolutely loved the apartment and would recommend it 100%. The location might make some hesitate, but communication is decent, bus in 2 min, metro in 8 min. The facilities feel almost brand‑new, modern, and spotless. The host keeps in touch and resolves any issue that falls within their control. The neighborhood is very, very quiet, purely residential, and a couple of supermarkets are less than 5 min away. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it.

Everything was fine. The water heating unit in the living room is loud, especially when the neighbors from the adjacent apartment shower at midnight, which disrupts sleep.
