Quality Inn Santa Fe New Mexico

“Great! We loved the location and slept well. It was quiet and comfortable.”

The bed was so comfortable and lots of pillows. The heater worked well with little to no noise. Please fix soap machine in laundry unit

“It was convenient”

It was convenient. Stairs are badly in need of repairs. Some stairs I had to wonder if they would stand up to my stepping on them. Stairs are unsafe. Some stairs are broken Once the stairs are repaired or replaced a good paint job is needed

“I plan on staying again on my next visit to Santa Fe.”

Breakfast was everything I wanted and it was convenient. Occasionally it was difficult to understand what a staff member was saying, so I needed another person to clarify and help me take care of my billing situation

“Check the air before settling in.”

Did not get to experience the breakfast. Weather was still a little hot. The air in the room did not work, called front reception but no answer. Did not bother to walk to the room, was tired and ready for bed. Did not want to gather belongings to move to another room. It was an inconvenience but survived. Bathroom smelled like urine and had ants
