Room cleanliness was terrible and hygiene was not up to standard. The rooms did not match the photos or descriptions online. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Basic facilities and amenities were missing or not working. Service response was extremely slow even after repeated requests. Prices were too high for the quality of rooms and services. Hidden fees and lack of transparency made the experience very negative. Online location details were misleading and inconvenient. Noise, maintenance problems, and overall management were disappointing. The stay was stressful and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
