A quiet spot, no pretensions but with the essentials for a few vacation days. For those traveling with a dog, it’s very convenient because the beach, dog park, pine forest, and gravel parking are all nearby for a quick stroll. A tap with a hose in the courtyard is handy for rinsing sand or sea water. I would add more options to breakfast and consider a system for hanging wet towels and swimsuits for those without a balcony.

Friendly staff, welcoming room, clean with daily towel changes, a wardrobe and dresser, Sky connection and air conditioning were much appreciated, excellent location for both the beaches and the fair, and the attached pizzeria was great. The bathroom, however, had some flaws: the step into the bathroom had a damaged bumper, there was no bidet, the shower was rather small, and the shower head rod was not properly secured to the wall.

Everything was fine: the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. The parking was too small; I got stuck between cars and motorcycles, and my large SUV made it hard to maneuver. Once outside the hotel there were parking spots, and we were lucky to find one right in front of the building.

For a two‑star place, the welcome was good, the breakfast decent though limited, the seaside location great, the air‑conditioning fine, and the bathroom had a window, but the cleaning was poor.
