Only breakfast was offered, and the room lacked an AC remote even after multiple requests; the bathroom had no hot water, the geyser was broken, the toilet door wouldn’t close and kept opening during showers, and when I called staff for help they never replied.

I liked nothing, and the check‑in was terrible because the hotel wouldn’t accept me when the reservation rate didn’t match their rate; during early‑morning checkout the main shutter was locked and I had to shout and bang on doors to get a staff member’s attention, nearly missing my flight.

Nothing good, and the rooms were dirty, food options were limited, the water was unhygienic, showers didn’t work, there were many mosquitoes, the bed linens were dirty, and the pillows smelled.
