The staff were very kind and helpful, especially during the night shift, and the common areas were pretty nice and the environment extremely quiet; the room was a bit dark and the breakfast was ordinary.
I can’t recommend the hotel more; the facilities are generally comfortable both outside and inside the room, the breakfast is delicious and very complete, and it’s just minutes from Plaza de Armas; what I highlight most is the staff’s kindness, loving and helpful, so I recommend 100%; everything was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and efficient; the only downside was that the hotel is opposite a nightclub.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms and customer service were great, especially the night shift; big details like 24/7 tea and a box lunch before breakfast when leaving early were appreciated.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, the shower pressure excellent (the greatest so far), the location good, and the staff nice; however there was a bad smell from the bathroom and a window facing the interior yard.
