The mattress was comfy, the host was attentive, though a little needy. Privacy was not great; the bathroom wasn’t always comfortably clean. The location has a lot of construction happening, and staff at local restaurants and stores lack commitment to service.

It isn’t a hotel, it’s the host’s house renting a room. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the cleanliness is basically nonexistent in every way. The host is friendly and attentive, but if it’s a rental room it should be made clear.
