The breakfast was good, but the service logistics during breakfast were not well organized.

The staff were very kind.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable, the food was very good, and the hotel was very flexible in accommodating requests. However, the cutlery hygiene was poor and the cleaning of plates and cups needs better monitoring.
