The cleaning was spot‑on, the room was cozy with a spacious shower, and the staff were incredibly kind; the breakfast offered a range of homemade options.

The view of the Marche hills was great, the food was fantastic at a modest price, and the room was large with an in‑room spa, but the outside noise was still audible even with doors and windows closed, and the jacuzzi overflowed water and was slippery.

The location was excellent, rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally professional and kind, yet we weren’t told that the restaurant would be closed for two nights out of our three‑night stay, making it hard to find a place to eat in such a remote spot; the room’s three bright LED lights disrupted our sleep, and there were events happening on both days.
