I was scammed while searching for a hotel in Newark NJ; the system showed availability in Newark without listing the state until after I booked, which is a common practice, and I hope you didn’t charge my card! I’m waiting for card verification and want you to be honest.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast bar were professional and sweet, but I spotted some mold in the bathtub of the bathroom.

Brittany was very friendly and the service overall was great; the other staff were also friendly, and I had a good dinner at the adjoining restaurant. However, I couldn’t find hot water at breakfast without asking, which is unusual for breakfast.
