I was initially impressed with the warm welcome, but things took a turn when I found out the mattress in my booked room was as hard as a rock. Luckily, they kindly switched me to a different room, which was clean and had all the essentials, including towels, pillows, and blankets. The bed was comfortable, and the location was okay for a short stay. However, I was disappointed with the lack of bedside tables and reading lamps, which made it hard for me to relax.

“Nice and clean”

The family running the place was lovely, but it was a bit of a challenge communicating with the dad since he didn't speak much English. Luckily, his kids were happy to help translate. The room was spotless, which was a big plus.

The hotel itself was great, and the staff were super helpful. It's also conveniently located near the glass bridge. However, the bed was as hard as a rock, and the lack of English speakers made communication a bit tricky.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the owner, who took a day off to show me around as a personal guide. We also had the chance to share some amazing meals with the family. However, the weather was a bit chilly, so it's worth packing a sweater.
