“Great place to stay in Torquay for Great Ocean Road travellers”

Patricia was a warm and helpful host, and the room itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully arranged with a large, comfy bed and a walk‑in shower. The view over open fields is spectacular, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or watching sunsets in the evening. It’s only a 5‑minute drive to Torquay’s centre, shops, cafés, and the beach, so you could easily stay for several days, even though I only booked one night. Just be careful with your GPS – the place sits behind a curtain of trees on a main road and can be easy to miss.

“Clean & comfortable”

The accommodation was clean and cozy, and the upstairs window offered a lovely view. Dale greeted us warmly and shared useful restaurant tips. The location is a bit off the main part of town, so nothing is within walking distance.

Needed quiet and peace, got it plus stunning views, close to coffee, restaurants, beaches, and families. Great value, down‑to‑earth, homely – no fancy 5‑star fluff. Perfect for my needs, will come back often.
