The B&B is in Modena's outskirts, convenient to reach the city center; the room is large and the bathroom too. Everything is very cozy and beautiful, highly recommended, but the roosters crow at night, which I think should be addressed given how nice the place is for staying.

The rooms were spacious, close to the city centre, had a car charger, great breakfast, and everything was clean and well-equipped; however, the breakfast setup arrived a bit later than expected.
