The place was clean and the owners were friendly and welcoming; we really enjoyed it. We did have a bit of trouble locating the B&B.
The owner was very kind and the breakfast was plentiful. The bathroom was outside the room.

My partner and I, even though we only stayed two nights, felt right at home immediately. The room was tidy and had everything we needed, and the hospitality was flawless—especially a special thanks to Luigi’s wife who prepared breakfast every morning and even baked an outstanding gluten‑free cake for me because I’m celiac. The area is very convenient for reaching nearby villages like Recanati, Numana, and Sirolo. Three unforgettable days!
