Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve four stars. Our stay was disappointing; we felt it was more like a three‑star property. The facilities and overall standard seemed somewhat outdated. The room itself was fine, but a small explosion in the fridge caused a power outage, damaging several of our phone chargers and leaving the fridge broken. Instead of fixing the issue or replacing the fridge promptly, a note was left. The lift was out of service throughout our stay, which was very inconvenient. The hotel manager’s handling of the situation was especially disappointing; we didn’t feel she was competent or solution‑oriented. It was a shame because the location is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, the incidents greatly affected our stay. We were not offered even a small gesture of apology, like an espresso. Given these experiences, we would not book this hotel again. For a four‑star hotel we expected much more.

The room was very good and functional, with everything you need, and the location right on the waterfront and close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nothing else.

The modern room came with a nice terrace, and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff were available and courteous. It was right across from the beach. Nothing to report.
Breakfast could have included more fruit and vegetables; otherwise everything was great.
