Breakfast could use some improvement, but the mattress was good.

Oscar welcomed us and was very helpful with everything, even before our arrival time. Breakfast featured a tasty cake, bread, York ham, cheese, oil, coffee, milk and oranges – simple and functional. The two staff who served were very friendly and gave us tips about the area. The room was spotless, with two bunk beds, a mattress, pillows with covers and blankets. The private bathroom had warm water and comfortable heating. It’s 15 minutes to the slopes, offering excellent value for money during high ski season. The shower would benefit from a gel holder, and a hook under the bathroom mirror would be handy. Footsteps from the floor above can be heard, but it’s not a frequent issue.

The location near the slopes, the friendly staff and the breakfast are all great. The furniture is old, but that’s expected in a hostel, so keep that in mind.

It’s very good – good value and a very complete breakfast. The room is a bit tight but still enough.
