The noise at night was so loud you couldn’t sleep until about 3 am.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was the same, the bed was large and comfortable, the standing room was respected, except for the hot water. The hot water arrived very late, or not at all.

Late‑night check‑in was handled quickly and the reservation was held. I slept well and got good value for money. The room‑service area could use more attention.

The staff were cooperative; Manager Mr. Vikash offered an upgrade and a complimentary check‑out meal. During my visit the hotel was sold out and the restaurant was very busy. Room service still needs improvement.
