I was impressed by the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who went out of their way to assist me. However, my initial room had some issues, with broken items that needed to be replaced. Thankfully, the staff moved me to a different room, which was satisfactory. Overall, the staff's efforts made up for the initial problems.

I was pleased with the hotel's proximity to my desired destination, but unfortunately, it had a strong, dry smell as soon as I entered, and the room felt unclean and somewhat seedy.

I stayed at this hotel for a concert trip, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the convenience of the shower. The large TV in my room was a nice touch, as I could watch YouTube with my friends. The hotel's location was also ideal for visiting the nearby sports stadium, and I would definitely consider staying here again for future concerts.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's convenient location, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. The front desk staff was also kind and spoke English, which was a plus. However, my stay was marred by a dirty room with a strong cigarette smell, mold in the bathroom, and a leaky sink. The housekeeping staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns, and the front desk didn't seem to care.

The hotel's proximity to the Incheon Munhak Stadium was a major plus for me, but I did experience some issues during my stay. On the first day, I had trouble with the hot water, and I had to change rooms twice. On the second day, I returned to my room to find the door wide open, and when I asked the staff to check the CCTV, they claimed that the person responsible was unavailable. I was a bit uneasy, but I was able to change rooms immediately.
