The place was sleek and comfy, with a room that blew my expectations out of the water thanks to its unique décor. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it.

The property feels abandoned and in need of serious repairs; it’s a historic site that could use some tender loving care. The gardens look neglected and the whole place looks rundown. The entrance could be more attractive, and the location is a real drawback.

Claudia, the host, was the highlight—she was friendly, generous, and eager to share details about the property and its sister location. The staff at the sister property were also kind, down‑to‑earth, and welcoming.

The buildings are gorgeous and the gardens are lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washer and dryer on site was a big plus. The portable AC units were noisy and hard to set to a comfortable temperature, and the included breakfast was thin and felt “rationed”.

This New Mexico hotel has a rustic chic vibe. It isn’t a flashy five‑star city hotel, but if you’re after an authentic feel it’s spot on. The location is great—quiet, yet just minutes from the town square and galleries, though you’ll need a car because the roads are narrow and lack sidewalks.
