Heritage property. well maintained and well mannered staff. No elevator, washroom are shared and doesn’t have onsuite washroom which is a major turn off. too many mosquitos…. Rooms are small and cramped

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das sanft renovierte alte Haus ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst aufmerksam. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Das Morgenessen ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels weniger umfangreich und zusätzliche Kosten wurden nicht kommuniziert

The Omani heritage house is beautiful to explore, and Hattan and the amazing team always make you feel like family. It is comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast and drinks by Farooq in the café are always delicious. The location in Taqah gives easy access to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Nothing to add!

The hotel is a stunning historical gem, exactly what I was after instead of a bland chain. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Rahman who welcomed me in German and made me feel at home. The only gripe: a bedside lamp would soften the harsh ceiling light; I personally prefer softer lighting.

The restored large Omani house is very authentic. It was a truly unique experience, and I’m very happy we chose to stay there. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the owners share compelling stories about Dhofar’s history and places.
