We booked a family room with a small kitchen we never used, but the beds and the sofa‑bed for my daughter were very comfortable, so we slept well. The reception staff and everyone else were extremely friendly, a rare experience. What bothered us was the awkward way to reach the shower in the built‑in bathtub; no matter how carefully you step out, it’s not fun. The breakfast room was quite dark and full every day; after a long wait we finally got a seat, but the buffet was empty and the coffee machine was out of beans, which really disrupted the morning.

“Fijn hotel, niet te ver van centrum”

The hotel was nice, modern and clean, and the metro made it easy to reach the city centre and Theresienwiese, with a sauna as a fun bonus. However, it was further from the centre than I expected and not within walking distance. The room was a bit tight for three people, with an extra bed added. The fitness area was really underwhelming.

“Recommend it for quiet people”

I stayed in a quiet spot right next to a subway station and the price was good, but the ground‑floor rooms can be noisy, especially those near the elevator. During my second visit, Marco the manager kindly upgraded us to a third‑floor room and gave us a complimentary drink, showing he cares about guest complaints.

Tutto quanto quello che non mi è piaciuto. Sala colazione non adeguata per il numero di ospiti. La parte salata era posizionata in un angolo di una sala con conseguenti problemi di movimento. Il personale, soprattutto quello che lavorava in sala a colazione, non molto cordiale. Letto molto morbido. Il terzo giorno avevamo 2 set di asciugamani ma eravamo in 3
