The stay was just for one night. The gentleman at reception was cordial and helpful. It was expensive, not very clean, and very noisy during breakfast. After last‑minute cancellations by the host, we ended up accepting what the host offered. It was just for one night. We assume an arrangement between hosts.

“Great place to stay”

The property is still new and very clean. The lady manager was amazing. The staff were very attentive. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The location was okay, but nothing was within walking distance.

The hotel sits on the river with a stunning view, and the open space is part of the Nam Hội An City urban campus. Early morning or cool afternoon walks along the river road in the hotel give a relaxing, peaceful feel of the water town. The most impressive are the fishing nets of local fishermen placed right on the river beside the hotel, very close and lively. The hotel’s pier is beautifully designed and luxurious. The restaurant is very chill with a view of the Thu Bồn River and Cửa Đại Bridge, has an open space, and can host large gatherings. The rooms and pool are very spacious and clean. The staff are extremely enthusiastic.

“Great place away from the crowds”

The staff were amazing – very kind, helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet under a canopy on the river is a nice touch. It is an excellent place to stay if you want to escape the crowded city centre, especially if you like to jog in the morning, because there is no traffic and the surrounding roads are new. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Hot An.
