The place had a nice vibe with good service, the lighting was perfect for calm photos and the staff were friendly, but I ran into a booking mix‑up: I thought a room for four was available, yet the reservation system only showed capacity for two and never mentioned the four‑person limit, so I ended up booking two rooms instead of the single large one with four beds and paid extra as a result.

The food was amazing, and it was great to see staff preparing and cleaning up around the meals. The onsen was clean, the facilities were beautifully designed and well maintained, and the furry gowns were very comfortable. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the onsen and facilities before checking out, as the standard check‑out time is usually 11 am.

I liked that the night‑museum ticket was included, yet having to constantly unzip and zip the door and trek to an outdoor toilet even in the middle of the night made the stay far from comfortable, especially since the price was higher than the average hotel.

The natural surroundings of Izu Peninsula are truly breathtaking, and the hot springs were a unique experience. We felt like we were in a different world. However, the cart drivers were a bit reckless, and we wished we could've walked instead.

This place offers a truly otherworldly experience. However, the tents were a bit chilly, even with the heating on. It was a shame, as everything else was perfect.
