They gave me a room that wasn’t the one I booked and sent me to a different hotel. The room was filthy and had a moldy odor. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I also asked for free parking, but that was denied too. The food was awful. The cleaning staff only brought us two towels and didn’t take the dirty ones back. It was a disaster. The pool water smelled bad. Avoid this place.

An excellent all-inclusive hotel. I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the service. The staff were very friendly, attentive to detail, and truly dedicated to their roles. The young lady at the reception was lovely and answered all questions with a very pleasant attitude. The food was varied—catering to all tastes—and delicious, ranging from traditional dishes to more specialized options. There was also a dedicated area for pastries and cakes. At the bar, a wide selection of juices, water, and alcoholic beverages was available until quite late in the evening. Kitchen staff quickly replenished dishes as soon as they ran out. The rooms were very clean and airy, offering a superb view. Housekeeping serviced the rooms between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. On the first day, the weather was gorgeous; people were by the pools, the atmosphere was delightful, and the music was perfect for a fun time. It is very close to the beach—a maximum five-minute walk away. The rooms feature air conditioning and a reasonably well-equipped kitchenette, including a coffee maker, glasses, cutlery, and so on. All in all, it is a hotel suitable for all ages, and especially for families with children

Еда и само место хорошее. Номера достойные!. Лифт работают только с 4 этажа и было не удобно выходить с 7 этажа с больным коленом
