The welcome was excellent.

The place was very comfortable and the SPA was great, but if you deal with a male receptionist over 50, stay away: he literally shouts at customers in front of everyone, is insane and dangerous. I filed a police complaint, and the hotel didn’t seem to do anything after being told.
