I liked nothing about the place. First there was none of the facilities they promised, they said there is zip line and horse ridding and many more but nothing, even wifi is not working imagine, I payed extra R1780 for fridge and activities but I got nothing

The food and one of the girl who was helping with room service her name is nokwazi khumalo she was very friendly and her service was the best so as the owner or manager but the rest of the staff was really bad🙁. The bedding had untolerateable stains and the bad smell, they mixed up our reserved rooms and expected us to pay an extra amount based on their fault, the pools were dirty, TVs were not working and part of the staff was so bad to us as if we paid less money or we didn't reserve on time they acted as if they're making us a favor
