I liked the room, but the staff didn’t speak any English. At first they handed me a room that had nothing to do with what I’d requested, so I had to return the key and ask for a different one.

I rarely see the word “luxury” used so wrong. I can’t see how this place gets so many good reviews. The airport shuttle that was confirmed never arrived. Inside the room the sink was clogged, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and the shower leaked. The “bath towel” was barely larger than a bath mat. The worst part was the noise: you can hear loud traffic outside the window that doesn’t even close properly. Inside the hotel the elevator makes a loud chime every time someone calls it, which you can hear from your room. Even in quieter moments the shower drips in the bathroom. I’m not writing to unfairly tear the hotel down; I just think future travelers deserve to know what they may actually be booking. Definitely not what I expected from a place calling itself a “Luxury Airport Hotel.”

Near the airport, free transfer back at 4 am. The only downside was that there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, so I had nothing to brush my teeth with ☹️.
