It’s situated close to Ayani Megamall. However, it’s quite far from Jalan Gajah Madam and the City Centre.

The front desk and other staff were very friendly. The room lacked sufficient lighting, the bathroom didn’t separate wet and dry areas, and overall it felt old—perhaps it hadn’t had guests for a while. The room’s air wasn’t well ventilated, the shower experience was poor, and the space wasn’t very large. If you’re only staying one night and then leaving, it might work, but it shouldn’t be your main accommodation for a trip.

The staff was excellent, even though they didn’t speak any English but still made every effort possible—thumbs up! Everything else was fine.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s very clean. The staff were friendly, they provided free toiletries, it’s within walking distance to the mall, and it’s on a quiet street. The downside was that many guests were smoking right outside my room’s door, with smoke leaking in through the cracks on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, the room was perfect!
