“C'è di meglio”

The room had a nice layout and was well positioned, but the bathroom vacuum was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, the shower tray was slippery, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and the sink tap was unusable because of low pressure. The ceiling lamp in the room didn’t work. Some of these issues were reported to the manager, yet we never received any response. The link for check‑in arrived only after a reminder, on the day of check‑out.

“Centrale. Con la gestione giusta farebbe molto più successo”

The location was excellent, close to tourist spots and restaurants, but we arrived at 18:00 and the room wasn’t cleaned. We were told the room wasn’t ready and the reservation was ignored, so we had to wait until they finished cleaning.

The room was spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, and it came with a TV and air conditioning. Cleaning could use improvement. You always need to have 10 cents for the elevator, otherwise you might end up walking four floors.

It’s located in the historical centre, comfortable and quiet.
