“Disappointing, would not return.”
The place has a good location, the staff are friendly and the pool area is decent. The air‑conditioner in the room was so noisy that my partner and I only managed about 2‑3 hours of sleep; it sounded like a small cement mixer. The unit itself seemed very old and basic, and it was obvious it hadn’t been maintained (daylight was visible in the gap between the unit and the wall). The hotel looks nice and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was reasonable but a bit odd (beef bourguignon for breakfast was a new experience for me). Unfortunately none of the “plus” points mattered when you can’t sleep. I told the staff when I checked out and they were friendly, but they kept insisting I fill out a physical feedback form, which was extremely frustrating. I had a flight to catch, needed to arrange transport, and was already sleep‑deprived, so this was the wrong time and format to give feedback and it only added to my stress. I’m very disappointed and won’t return.
