Breakfast was fine, but requests made during and after booking went unanswered. The staff’s German was inadequate. Rooms without showers were offered; upon asking, rooms with showers were provided, yet a step of about 40 cm had to be climbed, which was tough for a person with a rollator… The third attempt finally worked. Also, a Level 3 rating includes some amenities that I only noticed after pointing them out to reception. The toilets were not clean.
