The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby, the staff were friendly and helpful, there’s a parking lot right in front of the building, and breakfast was excellent with brioche and fantastic pizzas.

I appreciate that the downstairs restaurant was really, really good – no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast there had the freshest cornatto I’ve ever had, and dinner featured the best pizzas. Host Stefano was fabulous, spoke English well, and was very accommodating.

The lady who called me was kind and very pleasant – nothing to complain about. She allowed a late check‑in, which was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was appropriately sized. I couldn’t use breakfast because I was late and didn’t know where to go. It’s a great spot for those heading out from Fiumicino, 15‑20 minutes by car. Unfortunately, when I arrived and the room lights turned on, two cockroaches greeted me (I was terrified), which was very unpleasant. The bathroom layout was awkward – the toilet, shower, and bidet were all very close together – and the shower phone only worked when two buttons were pressed simultaneously with two different hands, making shampooing more inconvenient than usual. Hot water took a long time to come out (and oddly was on the right side instead of the left), the bathroom drain was broken and let out very little, so I had to empty the waste container manually. There were no outlets near the bed. In short, several things could be improved.

La struttura ha una pizzeria al piano terra, quindi è comodo per mangiare la sera se si vuole la pizza. La colazione è sufficientemente varia (dolce e salato). Il bagno è molto scomodo, è quasi difficile entrare in doccia e anche la porta ha qualche problema. E' mancata la luce e questo ha provocato l'assenza d'acqua calda: per fortuna è successo non troppo tardi e quindi abbiamo trovato qualcuno che ha risolto il problema. C'è troppa luce dentro la stanza perché le tapparelle non chiudono bene. Non c'è l'ascensore ma nessuno si offre di aiutarti coi bagagli
