We spent a fantastic stay; the view was gorgeous. The room came with a fridge and a microwave, and there was a large kitchen area with cooking equipment. The all‑you‑can‑eat breakfast featured local products, and thanks to Damien for the eggs each morning. He also gave great advice for nearby hikes, making it a solid starting point for the GR400. Nothing to complain about.

Great concept that lets you cook in the evenings. Well‑located to explore Salers. Quiet and serene on a wonderful site. The only downside is no Wi‑Fi in the first‑floor rooms. It would have been nice to have a furnished terrace for evenings and outdoor meals. Do your shopping in Aurillac or Murat beforehand.

The place feels like a mix of a holiday home, a summer camp, and a hotel, with warm, caring hospitality. Breakfast was sensational: farm jam, freshly baked crunchy bread, cheese, a variety of teas, fruit salad, local ham… a truly beautiful discovery. No negatives.
