The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, the food good, and the overall experience was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The staff went above and beyond to keep you comfortable and entertained; there’s an on-site spa for massages and an onsen, and the hotel is close enough to the station for a short walk yet quiet at night. However, the traditional breakfast didn’t suit my taste, though the western option was fantastic.
