The breakfast was great, and the two staff members we interacted with were helpful and attentive. The TV didn’t work, we didn’t find a second bath towel, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and overflow. The hotel is listed as 4‑star on Booking but is really a 3‑star place, and the room cleanliness was poor.

The exterior of the property looks good and the location is strategic for visiting the city center, with convenient parking right behind the hotel. The room was dirty; the bathroom still had trash from the previous guest, the floors and window were full of dust, a towel had a big hole, the velvet headboard and sofa had stains, and the sewer smell from the bathroom was very strong even with the door closed, invading the room. Overall the environment was neglected. Breakfast service was very slow, they offered a few options, don’t expect a buffet.
