The spot is quiet in a typical neighborhood, but construction was ongoing and unfinished, with door cables poking out. The shower leaked, no hot water, and the place was not very clean. There was no bed for a third person, only a mattress on the floor.

The shower was a disaster—no hot water and it sprayed me with dirty water. The kitchen was locked and you couldn't even use a knife. The windows were under renovation without curtains, and I regret staying there with my friends.

“Suffocating”

Nothing… the property is a mess. Everything. 1. The location was not good 2. There were renovations happening in the building. The room was full of debris. 3. It looked nothing like the picture 4. Red stains in tissue roll. 5. Broken window 6. Someone else was sitting in our room when we checked in 7. People came into the room without even knocking. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone

“Péssima, tem muito potencial para ser melhor”

We booked a month in advance, but only on the day of arrival were we told the house was under construction. Over four nights, only one morning we slept until 11 am because the contractors came at 8 am/8:30 am speaking loudly and the machines made noise. The house looks nothing like the pictures. The showers didn't work; only our room was available because everything else was under construction. The kitchen had only a microwave, toaster, and fridge. Moreover, at dawn someone entered the house, took our food from the fridge, opened all cabinet doors loudly, and the host says they are not responsible for the “common areas.” Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos in the rush to leave.
