The hotel welcomed us warmly with very kind and helpful staff, the onsen was very relaxing and can be accessed even after check‑out, which is great. The amenities were useful, especially the microwaves and beverage machines. A bonus was the massage service available the same evening we arrived. The bedding was very hard, which was not very comfortable.

The front desk handled everything smoothly, the room was clean and even provided kids’ amenities, and I appreciated being able to grab a coffee right in front of reception; they answered my pre‑arrival questions quickly, the nearby supermarket was handy, and after looking up recent earthquakes online I felt reassured enough to stay. On the downside, it would have been nicer if the twin‑room beds could be pushed together (though it didn’t cause any problem this time), the beds felt a bit firm for the family, the fridge lacked a sizable freezer so I gave up on storing ice, and the large public bath was a little too hot for the child to enjoy.
