“AVOID IF YOU CAN!”

In short, avoid this place. The only bright spot was its location right next to the station. The entire hotel was filthy—stains on the floor, blinds, walls, and almost no housekeeping. We paid extra for a window room, but the first one faced the main road, so we switched rooms; the new one faced the station, and the loud announcements every three minutes until midnight made it impossible to relax. Constant train noise from the nearby line and a complete lack of Wi‑Fi on our floor made the stay unbearable. I can’t see how this can be promoted as a decent accommodation.

“Good Value: Nice Room, Close to LRT & local food crowds”

The hotel is well‑situated: LRT Pudu Station is just behind it, and local eateries, Plaza Pudu, and the ICC Pudu food court are across the street. The room (311) was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good Wi‑Fi, cold air‑con, a wardrobe, and a desk. The water dispenser offered free hot and cold drinks. The lobby had only four chairs—more would be appreciated. The room also needed some fixing, and the air‑con spray was weak.

The location was very good, the staff friendly, and the facilities in excellent condition: the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the shower was spectacular. Overall, I felt very comfortable, and there was nothing wrong.
