The amenities, equipment, and bed were fine. However, there were long hairs everywhere – on the floor, on the bed sheet, and even in the bathroom sink – and it seemed the room hadn’t been vacuumed because there was rubbish on the floor.

The room was spacious, but the outside area was run down and unkempt.
