They gave us welcome snacks, the room was big, the natural light was good, and the location was great. However, there was sand on the floor, the shower water would spill into the bathroom, breakfast was made fresh but took almost half an hour to prepare, which isn’t suitable for people in a hurry, and the price was high for the quality offered.

The rooms were fine and you could order food by the pool, but the customer service was laughable; a stain on the duvet cover of my tattoo cost me €75 for a replacement, and they never tried to wash it out. When my room was cleaned I received pillows with stains on them. After I pointed out the stain I had already left a note with an apology and 200 000 IDR, yet I still had to pay another €75.
