The location is great; the infinity pool is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Initially the reception was awkward because of one staff member, but the management corrected it quickly

The hotel is magnificent with a wonderful wellness area. Breakfast was very extensive, and dinner was also superb

The hotel sits right next to the Münster, looks traditional from the outside, but inside it’s very modern and cozy. Because of overbooking we received an upgrade to a 75 qm Rose studio, which was very comfortable and charming. The wellness area under the roof is especially good. Friday and Saturday were very busy, but afterwards it was completely relaxed. Breakfast was extensive, tasty, and constantly refilled. The parking situation is tough: the few on‑site spots cost 25 €/day. However, there are free spots within 7 minutes walking behind the city wall, and you can park free for 30 minutes in the city by getting a free ticket (Semmeltaste) if you find a nearby spot. Still, it would help to have a few short‑term spots near the hotel for easier loading and unloading

The historic yet modernised hotel sits in the heart of Dinkelsbühl’s lovely old town and offers the best ways to explore the town and surroundings. It’s attractive and modernly furnished. A highlight is the SPA with a rooftop pool in the old building. The kitchen is excellent, and breakfast was very generous. The promises and reality don’t always match here. First, the few parking spots in the hotel courtyard require manoeuvring. Our relatively small room faced the main street, which caused evening noise from many tourists. For a hotel in this location and in a tourist hotspot like Dinkelsbühl, it was puzzling that the attractive bar closed at 10 pm. At checkout we had to wait a quarter of an hour, while the staff consistently ignored us

Breakfast was top; the room was also great. The design and functionality are lovely, with beds, shower… everything superb. The spa area is rather small, and the few beautiful loungers fill up quickly, but as a guest you can still retreat to your room
