A marvelous experience at Residence Touristique Merzouga: everything was perfect—cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility. Thanks to the management and all staff for their kindness and professionalism; highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, assisting us with daily activity planning, and the room heating worked well. The downside was sand in the bedsheets and the obvious age of the property, though nothing serious.

An exceptional establishment! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the service flawless, the spaces very clean, and the desert ambience added a magical touch. The room comfort and the quality of dinner and breakfast were simply perfect. An authentic, warm experience that I highly recommend; nothing in particular was lacking.

The grounds were well designed overall, but communication with the reception was difficult. The room looked used, and when we requested a new one we received it without towels or toilet paper.

The pictures made us think we’d get a lot more, but the reality fell short; the rooms weren’t as clean as expected and the price feels steep for the quality offered. Breakfast was subpar, so I can’t recommend this place unless they focus on better cleaning and overall quality.
